My name is Tony Fischer and I have been assisting Clients with FREE LEGAL ADVICE on small and large claims. I am not a qualified solicitor and have never sat an exam in Law. I was in business at the age of 21 and relied on solicitors who were very expensive and sometimes gave poor advice. I decided at the age of 30 to deal with my own legal affairs by reading books and listening to cases in the courts. I was successful in my own matters and was approached by family, then friends, and friends of friends for help.

I decided to offer help commercially which I started in 2008. I am allowed to draft all documents and represent you in the Small Claims Court. For cases in the Fast and Multi Track (claims with the value of over £10k), I am a Consultant to a firm of solicitors where I can deal with your matter under their umbrella. I work with James, who is Counsel and has over 45 years experience at the Bar and charges my clients £150.00 per hour + Vat. I have worked with him on a number of cases including a claim for £5m
